Holbrook Tool & Molding, Inc is a privately owned tool & die and injection molding company. Our company is housed in a modern 16,400 square foot building that includes office, design, quality control, manufacturing and shipping areas. The building is climate controlled and was built in 1986.

Holbrook Tool & Molding, Inc is made up of two parts. The first part is our tool & die department which specializes in close tolerance tooling and component parts to print. The majority of the business in this department is related to plastic injection molding tooling. We design, build and sample injection molds for a variety of industries including electronic, medical, consumer and automotive. Our capabilities include single or multi cavity tools with conventional runners and hot manifold systems. Also in this department we build component parts to prints supplied by the customer. This business comes from a variety of customers and includes all types of parts and tooling. Our CNC machining and turning centers allow us to offer both small quantity and high volume production runs. We offer the convenience of downloading electronic CAD drawings via email for quotation and construction, which saves time and cost.

Our design department currently has one seat of Unigraphics, one seat of KeyCreator and one seat of Pro/ENGINEER. This software gives us the ability to design molds and build component parts using the customers’ part print and or electronic files. We also have two cam stations that support Mastercam. This software allows us to download directly to our CNC machines. When the manufacturing processes are completed, we have a full inspection program to insure quality and that all tolerances have been met. Inspection documents are supplied to the customer.

The second part of our business is our injection molding department. In this department we can do production runs using either molds that we have constructed internally or molds supplied by the customer. We also use this department to sample molds that we have constructed and are destined to be run in house by the customer. We also have ISO 9001:2000 certification for the manufacture and supply of plastic components.
